All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Products ship via a wide variety of brand name freight carriers, including Central Freight, Averitt, Old Dominion, R+L Carriers, FedEx freight and others. The carriers' PRO #, which allows you to track your shipment over the Internet on its journey to your chosen destination, is available on request at 4PM or later on the day shipped.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is damaged, defective, or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
